Raoul serves clients who crave fresh thinking, new ways of leading, and more meaningful impact. As a coach, Raoul helps executives distinguish themselves through their leadership, learning agility, and legacy. He has helped dozens of global organizations including Avnet, Boeing, Comerica Bank, Charles Schwab, Whirlpool, ON Semiconductor, and the US Government achieve transformative changes for groups, teams, and individuals. More than 1,000 professionals have benefitted from his coaching and learning sessions. Raoul has a BS-Business Management-IT from Western Governors University and is a Hudson Institute certified executive coach.

Kerri is known for delivering participatory, experiential learning engagements, transforming team effectiveness by enhancing communication skills and interpersonal awareness, and facilitating innovation and creativity within leadership teams. She’s a skilled facilitator, experienced trainer, and adept communicator with a proven ability to analyze learning needs, design learning interventions for leadership growth opportunities, and then introduce strategic and tactical solutions to achieve the business goals. She received her Doctorate in Transformative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies and holds an MPA in Public Administration

Lisa knows a thing or two about engaging groups in hands-on experiences that unlock creativity, motivation and action. She also knows that fun, learning and the art of eliciting participation are key ingredients for achieving business results. Over the years, Lisa has applied an agile mindset to her work with organizations on culture transformation. She brings a combination of training, facilitation and coaching/mentoring to help organizations achieve sustainable change. In addition to being a certified LEGO Serious Play facilitator, Lisa holds a BS, Sociology from and an MA, Educational Psychology, with an emphasis in Instructional Design.

Jeannie has 25 years of corporate leadership experience in talent management and organizational development roles across the U.S. and in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South America. Optimistic, focused and intuitive, she moves well across cultures and has a gift for seeing the big picture of any organizational system, along with the genius and contributions of individuals and teams. She serves the top executives who need her most, across a broad range of industries, to create healthy, mutually-rewarding workplaces–and help bring the world to a better, more vibrant place. Accredited in the Boss Whispering coaching protocol, Jeannie also has three Master’s degrees–in Educational Administration, Human Resources Management and Development, and Organizational Development—and her PhD in Human and Organizational Systems.

Todd is a certified coach with experience in Leadership Development and Organizational Change who brings a sense of challenge, empathy, and creative curiosity to help leaders and their teams focus on the critical areas that will significantly accelerate growth and performance, while moving beyond traditional workgroup structures to more innovative ways that result in greater business impact. His work as an advisor, coach, and facilitator spans many leadership levels and industries.  His ICF-accredited coaching certification is based on the world-renowned Hudson Institute of Coaching.  When not with clients, you'll find Todd immersed in music, cooking or global travel.

Camilla Jensen, PhD

Camilla is an innovation scholar and process consultant certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) facilitation method. Dr. Jensen is no stranger to applied innovation and playful learning. She earned her MS in Industrial Design Engineering from Aalborg University in Denmark, collaborating with the LEGO Group and the MIT Media Lab. She has worked for several award winning entrepreneurs and design firms. Her dissertation from Arizona State University focused on how to use serious play approaches for sharing knowledge in organizations.
