How it works
PhosLabs Learning Journeys help your team develop and apply new capabilities like never before. After meeting to discuss your organization’s current state and future goals, our team collaborates with yours to codesign Learning Journeys that align with your needs, challenges, and existing talent management initiatives. Then, our coach-facilitators guide your people through a combination of in-depth, immersive workshops (“Expeditions”) and short, weekly group coaching sessions (“Treks”). As your team arrives at their destination, we stick around to support continuous learning, ensure accountability, and provide a clear path forward.
